Cabins & Reservations
We ask that Jeepers and ATV Riders bring their own towels. We realize all the trails and back roads are dusty and muddy, and this will be a huge help to our cleaning staff.

We have ten finely-crafted, deluxe cabins.
Each one has two bedrooms with a full bath, living room, fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi access and individual patio. With two bedrooms, all cabins can sleep up to six people. Some units have a sleeper sofa.
Each cabin has two bedrooms. One room has a queen-sized bed; the second room has two beds – a double and a twin. Most living rooms have a pull-out couch as well.
Towels, soap, shampoo, and hairdryers are provided.
Kitchens include pots, pans, dishware, and utensils for six guests. Includes full-size appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave), dining room table, 12-cup coffee maker and coffee. Furnished with A/C window units.
Please ask for fresh towels for extended stays beyond 2 days.

Cabin Policies
We would like to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, and we’ll try to accommodate as many requests as we can. Please take a minute to read through our resort policies.

Arrival/Departure
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. (EST)
- Check-out time is 11 a.m. (EST)
- If you need to arrive early or leave late, PLEASE let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds
- Cabins can be reserved with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express
- We require a deposit equal to one night plus tax, for weekend/weekday reservations.
- We require a deposit equal to 1/2 your stay plus tax, for week-long or more reservations.
- Winter Holiday Cancellation Policy – Non-refundable deposit if less than 30 days notice is given. (Christmas-New Years, MLK, Presidents Day)
- Winter Holiday reservation balance is now due 30 days in advance of reservation date.
- Cancellation fee of $50.00 per cabin, will apply for all weekend reservations. $15.00 cancellation fee for all weekday reservations.
- If you cancel with less than 10 days notice (non-holiday), you will forfeit your full deposit.
- However, if at time of cancellation (with less than one week’s notice) you re-book your stay within 6 months, there is only a $50 (per night reserved) cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
- Sorry, no refunds for early departure.
- You are not allowed to stay beyond scheduled departure day or time (11 AM) without prior approval from management.
Housekeeping
- Please leave your cabin in a tidy and respectable condition.
- We reserve the right to levy a $50 cleaning charge if your cabin is left excessively dirty.
Pets
- We have 2 cabins in which dogs may stay.
- Please let us know upon reserving if you need a dog-friendly cabin.
- 2 Dog Maximum per cabin!
- A non-refundable pet fee is required. $20 per night for the first dog; $10/night for the second dog. No more than two dogs allowed in a cabin.
- Please remove all pet waste from grounds.
- Dogs must be left indoors and crated when you are away from your cabin.
- Please keep dogs off of furniture!
- Additional charges will be applied if above rules are not followed.
- You are responsible for any damage incurred by your pet during your stay.
- Pet liability contract must be signed upon check-in, holding you liable for damages up to $1000.
No Smoking
- All cabins are non-smoking. Neither cigarette nor marijuana smoking is allowed.
- Due to people with sensitive allergies, smoking in the cabins cannot be tolerated. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card reserving the cabin, for any cabin in which there has been smoking, or smells excessively skunky.
Miscellaneous
- You are solely responsible for all costs related to any damages or theft incurred during your stay.
- We reserve the right to ask any party to leave based on unruly, disrespectful behavior and you will not be issued a refund.
Seasonal Rates
Rates based on 4 person occupancy (additional $15 per person, above 4, per night). Max. 6 Guests per Cabin.
